How do I report a technical issue?

If you are experiencing any technical issues with the Learning Hub, we would encourage you to report it immediately so we can rectify the issue. It is important we receive as much information as possible regarding the issue so our team can resolve it as soon as they can.

Such information can be:

  • A detailed description of the issue and its effect
  • Your browser information (name and version)
  • A screenshot of the issue if possible
