How do I make changes to my membership/update my contact details?

If there are any changes to be made to your membership, you can request these directly via the Client Success team. They are able to change:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address

It is vital that we are made aware of any contact detail changes so we can continue to be in regular communication with you. Please send all requests directly to the team:
